100 mm Intumescent Wrap Installation A 100 mm‑wide, 2 mm‑thick intumescent wrap designed for use around basalt rock fibre insulation (25–38 mm thick). To install, simply wrap the intumescent material around both sides of the wall or floor penetration a minimum of 4 wraps (8 mm total thickness) and up to a maximum of 15 wraps (30 mm total thickness). Secure the wrap on each side of the penetration using cable ties. Any remaining gaps should be filled and sealed to create a vermin‑resistant seal using Ezy Seal EXP.
